We're seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Bristol office. You'll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. - Additional £4140 earnings expected through uncapped commission (£31640 OTE)

- Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturday's, with a day-in-lieu)

What you'll be doing as a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
- Deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Bristol
- Minimum 3+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills

- You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We are unable to accept automatic-only licences at this time.
