Estate Agent Branch Manager

Basic Salary: £30,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): £70,000

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Branch Manager to lead a high-performing estate agency branch. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing and developing a successful team, and delivering exceptional customer service while growing market share and profitability.

This role would suit a motivated leader with strong estate agency experience who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about coaching and developing others.

• Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Drive new business generation and increase market share
• Oversee valuations and listings, ensuring high conversion rates
• Monitor branch performance, KPIs and financial targets
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practice
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders
• Manage pipeline, forecasting and reporting
• Recruit, train and develop team members

• Proven experience in estate agency (senior negotiator, assistant manager or branch manager level)
• Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Highly driven, commercial and results-focused mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary of £30,000
