Hours: Mon - Fri 09.00am - 18.00pm - NO weekends!
Requirements: Full UK driving licence and own transport essential

My client is a well-established, independent property agency with a strong local reputation and ambitious growth plans. They are now looking to expand their successful lettings department and are seeking a confident and results-driven Senior / Lettings Negotiator who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties.
- Arranging and conducting property viewings in a professional and engaging manner.
- Providing landlords with feedback and up-to-date market advice.
- Negotiating tenancy agreements to ensure successful outcomes for all parties.
- Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring legal compliance (Right to Rent checks, AML, EPCs, etc.).
- Coordinating referencing, tenancy agreements, and move-in procedures.
- Marketing new instructions, writing property descriptions, and liaising with photographers and listing platforms.
- Managing a portfolio of properties and overseeing tenancy progressions.
- Updating CRM systems and following up on applicant leads promptly.
About You:
- Proven background in residential lettings.
- Sound knowledge of the lettings process and current legislation (ARLA qualification desirable).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with property CRM systems such as Reapit, Alto, or similar.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
