A well established and forward thinking estate agency in Chichester is seeking an experienced LETTINGS MANAGER to lead and develop their lettings operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded professional who enjoys leading from the front, building strong landlord relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the lettings process. As LETTINGS MANAGER, you will take full responsibility for the smooth and compliant running of the lettings department. You will oversee the entire lettings lifecycle, from instruction through to tenancy management, while leading and supporting your team to achieve performance targets and deliver outstanding service. This is a hands on leadership role where you will be equally comfortable winning new business, advising landlords, and managing day to day operational matters. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the letting of residential properties from instruction to move in
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Providing professional advice on pricing, legislation, and market conditions
• Ensuring all tenancy agreements and renewals are compliant and accurate
• Managing and supporting the lettings team to achieve performance targets
• Driving new business generation and portfolio growth
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company policies
• Monitoring service standards and maintaining a smooth operational workflow

About You

To be considered for this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation and lettings processes
• Experience within Estate Agency and Property Management
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• A commercial mindset with a track record of generating new business
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, confident and customer focused approach
• A relevant property qualification, or equivalent hands on experience
