SSE Cat 3 Permit Holder

We are currently seeking experienced SSE Cat 3 Permit Holders to support works on sites across the South of England (primarily around Southampton) and multiple locations throughout Scotland.

Responsibilities:

• Holding and operating under SSE Cat 3 Authorisation

• Issuing and receiving safety documents in line with SSE procedures

• Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations

• Coordinating with site teams and project managers

• Supervising works within substations and associated infrastructure

Requirements:

• Valid SSE Cat 3 Permit Holder Authorisation

• Proven experience working on SSE sites

• Strong understanding of electrical safety rules and HV systems

• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., HV Authorisations, First Aid, etc.)

• Ability to travel to various project locations
