Location: South Lakes TA7

Pay Rate: 22/Hourly

Role Overview:
RG Setsquare is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Traffic Marshall to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trades person to contribute to high-quality work and projects in a supportive, safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide vehicles and pedestrians safely through or around construction sites or areas with heavy traffic.
• Use hand signals, stop/go boards, or radio communication to control traffic flow.
• Enforce speed limits or restrictions in areas around the construction zone.
• Ensure that all traffic control equipment, such as stop signs, cones, and barriers, are in good working order and used correctly.

Requirements:

• Prior traffic Marshall/Banksman experience and valid CPCS/NPORS ticket required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
