The Role

As Contracts Manager, you ll take overall responsibility for multiple projects at various stages, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Working closely with project teams, clients, and consultants, you ll provide leadership, drive programme performance, and uphold the company s commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects, typically valued between £2m £20m.

  • Lead site teams and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Manage programming, commercial performance, and quality delivery.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycle.

  • Support business development by identifying future opportunities.

About You
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.

  • Background in both new build and refurbishment project delivery.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and client-facing skills.

  • A clear understanding of project programming and contract administration.

  • SMSTS and relevant construction qualifications are advantageous.
