Job Description

• Leading commercial delivery of a £60m New Build Student Accommodation project as the Quantity Surveyor based in Bath.

• Managing subcontractor procurement and packages for the Bath student accommodation development.

• Overseeing cost reporting and forecasting as the Quantity Surveyor supporting the commercial team on the Bath project.

• Driving value engineering and cost control throughout the lifecycle of the New Build Student Accommodation scheme in Bath.

• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the Quantity Surveyor role supports successful delivery of the Bath development.

Skills / Qualifications

• Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Management professional with experience in construction projects.

• Proven experience delivering New Build projects as a Quantity Surveyor within the Bath, Somerset or wider South West region.

• Strong commercial management and subcontractor procurement skills gained as a Quantity Surveyor on major construction schemes.

• Experience working for a Main Contractor in a Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Surveyor role.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as a Quantity Surveyor supporting project delivery in Bath.
