This practice used VectorWorks, so experience in this software is desirable (although not essential!).
Essential skills/ qualifications for this Architectural Technician/ Technologist role:
Be suitably qualified and ideally you will already have experience within a UK based practice - ideally within the residential and commercial sectors.
Have strong knowledge of Vectorworks, AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup.
Excellent hand sketching abilities.

Working closely with the senior team you will be delivering retail extensions and new builds from building regulation stage to completion on site.
The successful candidate must have a detailed knowledge of all current Building Regulations and associated legislation along with a sound knowledge of all forms of construction.
You must be proficient with AutoCAD with an intermediate level of knowledge with Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with REVIT would be advantageous.
