Mechanical Supervisor

A Mechanical Supervisor is required for a high end residential project based in Oxford Street, The projects consist of 50 units which are ultra high spec. We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and has a good eye for detail.

The company are one of the largest M&E contractors who work with some of the biggesst clients in the UK, They specialise in residential, leisure and student accommodation projects in London.

Mechanical Supervisor duties will be

• Supervise subcontractors
• LTHW, CHW, CCHW and Underfloor Heating
• Quality control
• Heath and Safety
• Ordering of materials on site
• Toolbox talks
• Managing different mechanical trades
• Client progression meetings
• Completing daily reports for clients
• Producing method statements and risk assessments
• Good attention to detail

Our client are lookig to pay 300pd / 310pd
