My client are are looking for experienced, Mechanical Project Managers to join them working on projects ranging from £1-5m in value, CAT A CAT B fit out, retail etc.. They are a long standing contractor within the industry & work around London & Essex. Ideal for those who want to work from local office in Essex, with site visits in London. Great packages on offer for the right candidate. The ideal candidate would have the following qualities: - Mechanical trades or academic (HNC/ Degree) background - Have experience managing Mechanical packages in excess of £1 million- - Experience in managing site teams including supervisors, plumbers, pipefitters etc. - Hold a SMSTS/ CSCS card General Duties will include: - Proactive in identifying improvements & areas for change within project programme - Work in accordance with the SLA and KPI's, site policies Health and Safety rules and regulations. - Looking after direct & sub contract labour, ensuring all work is in accordance with the above. - Deal with defects, faults and client requests.
