Site Manager

Our client based in County Durham are looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a contract basis from 20th March until 10th April.

The role responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Overseeing Solar PV Installations, cavity extract & refill and ventilation works.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Delivering daily tool box talks

Requirements:

• Must have a valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, DBS check and Asbestos Awareness.
• Proven experience working as a Site Manager.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing multiple trades.
