Job Title: Senior Architect and Design Director

Daily Duties
- Lead and manage residential architecture projects from concept through to construction (RIBA Stages 1-5).
- Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Oversee design development, planning submissions, and technical packages.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high design and technical standard.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members where required.
- Support the growth of the practice through networking and generating new business opportunities.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Senior Architect and Design Director required, with a strong background in residential architecture.
- High End Residential experience would be essential.
- Highly proficient in Revit with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed technical packages.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1-5.
- Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a collaborative studio environment.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to build relationships and generate new revenue opportunities for the practice.
