Salary: 50-75,000+ DOE

• Salary ranging between 50,000- 75,000 per annum dependant on level role

• Lead and manage residential architecture projects from concept through to construction (RIBA Stages 1-5).
• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Oversee design development, planning submissions, and technical packages.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high design and technical standard.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members where required.
• Support the growth of the practice through networking and generating new business opportunities.

• Experienced Senior Architect and Design Director required, with a strong background in residential architecture.
• High End Residential experience would be essential.
• Highly proficient in Revit with the ability to produce and coordinate detailed technical packages.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects across RIBA Stages 1-5.
• Strong technical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a collaborative studio environment.
• Commercially aware, with the ability to build relationships and generate new revenue opportunities for the practice.
