Workshop Operative / Trainee Fabricator Temp to Perm

We are currently looking for 2 Workshop Operatives / Trainee Fabricators for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a specialist company manufacturing anti-slip access systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate or someone eager to learn, working alongside experienced fitters in a busy workshop environment.

Working Hours:
7:00am 4:00pm (paid 8 hours per day)

Role Duties:

• Working on the tools within the factory/workshop

• Assisting with fabrication of anti-slip access systems

• Fibreglass / GRP production work

• Supporting experienced fitters with day-to-day manufacturing duties

• Learning specialist fabrication techniques

Candidate Requirements:

• Beginner level candidates welcome

• Good attitude and willingness to learn essential

• Carpentry experience would be beneficial and may attract a higher rate

• Reliable and keen to develop within a long-term role

Additional Information:
Candidates will initially attend the workshop, meet the team, and see the day-to-day operation to ensure a good fit for both sides.
