Covering primarily Devon, with instructions also extending into Cornwall and occasionally Somerset and Dorset, you ll deliver a varied range of Red Book compliant valuations across:

A full UK driving licence is required. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.

The Role

- Commercial property
- Residential assets
- Development land
- Loan security valuations
- Pension fund valuations
- Private client work
- Statutory valuations
About You
You will be:
- MRICS or FRICS qualified
- A RICS Registered Valuer
- Bringing 3+ years post-qualification valuation experience in commercial or general practice
- Confident delivering Red Book compliant valuations to a high professional standard
