Contracts Manager-Planned Maintenance & Social Housing-East LDN

I am currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a main contractor based in East London to work on Planned Maintenance & Social Housing projects ranging between 500k - 10 million

Key duties will be -
Taking the lead on multiple Planned Maintenance and Social Housing contracts
Having the ability to pick up existing projects at different stages of construction
Be able to work with different professional teams
Be able to lead on all programming & planning duties
Ability to be able to work with the design team on design implementation and client.

My client are looking to pay a competitive basic salary including car allowance, travel and pension with the position looking to start in April 2026 and the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
