Senior Quantity Surveyor - Major Urban Regeneration Projects (West London)

We are working with a leading developer delivering a number of high-profile urban regeneration schemes across West London and are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale residential developments that are transforming some of West London's most exciting neighbourhoods.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for key residential packages across major regeneration schemes. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account

• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages

• Cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial risk management

• Valuations, variations, and contract administration

• Working collaboratively with delivery teams across large residential developments

About You

We are keen to speak with both experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors ready to step up into a senior role.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Proven experience within the residential sector

• Experience working for a main contractor

• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

• Ability to manage packages independently and work within large project teams

Package

• 70,000 - 90,000 salary (depending on experience)

• 6,000 car allowance
