Finishing Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to oversee the finishing on a large residential site in the Oxford area.

You will be responsible for managing finishing trades, ensuring quality standards are achieved, and delivering completed units on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and manage snagging lists.

• Ensure works are completed in line with the project programme and deadlines.

• Liaise with subcontractors, site management, and clients.

Requirements

• Previous residential site experience

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality

Day Rate: 250/260

Duration: Long term
