Job Description
An ambitious, Surrey based, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a team-focused Senior Quantity Surveyor with residential project sector experience.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside an Associate across an array of high-end/prime residential projects throughout London and the South - taking projects from the initial feasibility to final account.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be supported throughout by two Graduate/Assistant Quantity Surveyors, and there is also a clear and defined pathway to Associate level.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- Worked within a PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
- Residential / high end residential project experience
- Good pre and post contract experience
- Client facing
- Team player
- Comfortable managing your own projects from inception to completion
