Job Description
We are currently recruiting Plumbers for a 6-month commercial refurbishment project in Warrington. The project is based on a prestigious site in central Warrington where an existing commercial building is undergoing a full refurbishment, including the installation and upgrade of mechanical and plumbing systems.
This opportunity would suit experienced plumbers who are looking for consistent work on a well organised commercial installation project.
The Warrington site is well located with good access to public transport and local amenities, making it an easy commute for plumbers based in Warrington and surrounding areas.
Role Overview
As a plumber on this project you will be responsible for carrying out commercial plumbing installation work as part of the building refurbishment.
Typical duties will include:

Installation of heating and water services pipework

Installing copper, plastic and steel pipe systems

Installation of sanitaryware and mechanical services equipment

Working from mechanical drawings and installation plans

General commercial plumbing installation duties on site

Working safely as part of the mechanical installation team
Working Hours
Site hours are Monday to Friday.
Additional hours and overtime may be available for plumbers who wish to increase their earnings.
Contract Length
This position is offered as a 6-month contract for plumbers in Warrington working on a major commercial refurbishment project.
The role would suit plumbers or mechanical installers with experience in commercial plumbing installation work including pipework installation, heating systems and mechanical services.
