Job Title: Architectural Technologist (Graduate- Intermediate level)

Location: Manchester

Salary: 26-36,000 DOE

Daily Duties

  • Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
  • Developing and coordinating BIM/Revit models
  • Supporting the delivery of projects across planning, technical and construction stages
  • Coordinating with architects, consultants and wider design teams
  • Assisting with technical detailing and building regulation compliance
  • Attending design team meetings and contributing to project coordination
  • Supporting project teams to ensure quality and technical accuracy

Ideal Candidate

  • Suitable for graduates through to intermediate level Architectural Technologists
  • Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
  • Revit proficiency is essential
  • Strong technical drawing and detailing ability
  • Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction processes
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach to learning and development
