Job Title: Architectural Technologist (Graduate- Intermediate level)

Location: Manchester

Salary: 26-36,000 DOE

Daily Duties

  • Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
  • Assisting with planning, technical and construction stage packages
  • Supporting the coordination of projects from concept through to completion
  • Working closely with architects, consultants, and project teams
  • Ensuring drawings comply with current UK building regulations and standards
  • Preparing and coordinating Revit/BIM models and technical documentation
  • Attending design team meetings and assisting with project delivery

Ideal Candidate

  • Suitable for graduates through to intermediate level Architectural Technologists
  • Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
  • Revit proficiency is essential
  • Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple projects
  • A proactive team player with strong communication skills
  • Enthusiastic about developing technical expertise within a growing practice
