Daily Duties
- Producing detailed technical drawings and construction information
- Assisting with planning, technical and construction stage packages
- Supporting the coordination of projects from concept through to completion
- Working closely with architects, consultants, and project teams
- Ensuring drawings comply with current UK building regulations and standards
- Preparing and coordinating Revit/BIM models and technical documentation
- Attending design team meetings and assisting with project delivery
Ideal Candidate
- Suitable for graduates through to intermediate level Architectural Technologists
- Degree or qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Revit proficiency is essential
- Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple projects
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills
- Enthusiastic about developing technical expertise within a growing practice
