Site Manager

My client are a regional civil engineering business. Due to being awarded a contract across a 5 year framework, they are looking to onboard a site manager to help deliver multiple scheme across Newcastle. My client are delivering civil and infrastructure packages across multiple waste water treatment plant upgrades.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project and contracts manager.
• Day to day site management.
• Detailed record keeping.
• Managing plant, labour and materials.
• Supervision of direct and subcontractor labour.
• Writing and amending RAMS.
• Progress meetings.
• Liaising with the client, key stakeholders and local authorities.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• TWS/ TWC - Desirable.
• Proven experience in a site managers capacity.
• Experience working within the water sector.
• IT literate.
• Full UK driving licence.
