Location: London
Salary: 34,000 to 38,000 (dependent on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well established, RIBA Chartered architecture studio based in central London. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering high quality design across a diverse portfolio, with current projects spanning residential, hospitality and large scale masterplanning schemes across the UK and internationally.

Responsibilities:
Supporting project teams across multiple RIBA work stages
Assisting with the development of design proposals and technical drawing packages
Preparing planning documentation, presentations and reports
Producing high quality drawings and visual material using CAD and other design software
Supporting the coordination of project information and consultant input
Assisting with site visits and project reviews as required
Contributing to residential and hospitality led projects within a collaborative team environment

Requirements:
RIBA Part 2 qualification in Architecture
Previous professional experience within a UK architecture practice
Strong design and technical skills with a keen eye for detail
Good knowledge of UK planning processes and Building Regulations
Proficiency in industry software such as Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
