We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join a high-profile airport infrastructure project in the London area. This role offers the chance to work on technically challenging civils packages, including earthworks, drainage, structures, and wider infrastructure works, while supporting safe and high-quality project delivery.

The Role

As Project Engineer, you will provide technical and operational support to site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver civils packages including earthworks, drainage, and structures
• Provide technical guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
• Assist with planning, sequencing, and programming of works
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and as-built documentation
• Promote and enforce strong health & safety standards

Requirements

• Degree, HNC, or HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• CSCS card (White CSCS Academically Qualified Person preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Site Engineer on civils or infrastructure projects
• Experience in heavy civils, airport, or major infrastructure projects desirable
• Competent with setting out, QA/QC documentation, and technical site support
• Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with surveying equipment such as Leica, Trimble, or Total Stations
• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
