Document Controller - Residential Contractor
Location: West London (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: 37,000 - 43,000 + Travel
Start: ASAP
A well-established residential contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Document Controller to support a major project based in West London, with further projects scheduled across London following completion of the current scheme.
The initial project is due to run until the end of the year, offering excellent continuity of work and the opportunity to progress onto additional residential developments within the business.
This role offers hybrid working, with a combination of site-based and remote working.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all project documentation using the 4Projects (4P) document management system
Ensuring accurate control, distribution and filing of drawings, specifications and project documentation
Maintaining document registers and ensuring all records are kept up to date
Coordinating with project managers, design teams, consultants and subcontractors
Ensuring documentation is compliant with company procedures and project requirements
Supporting the project team with document control processes throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Document Controller within construction
Strong experience using 4Projects (4P)
Experience working on residential construction projects preferred
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple document workflows in a fast-paced environment
