Painter & Decorator - Social Housing (Kitchen Refurbishments)
Location: Sheffield
Rate: 19 per hour
Duration: 10 Weeks
Start: Immediate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to work on a social housing refurbishment scheme in Sheffield. The role involves carrying out full kitchen painting works within both occupied and void properties.
This is a 10-week contract with an immediate start available.
Duties will include:
Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling and priming
Painting kitchen walls, ceilings and woodwork
Ensuring a high-quality finish in tenant properties
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working to programme deadlines as part of a refurbishment team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
Experience working within social housing or refurbishment projects preferred
Own tools and PPE
CSCS card preferred
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
