Pre-Construction Manager

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Manager with immediate effect.

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to 30M.

My client are looking for a candidate with a good Main Contractor background, either at a Regional or National business.

Whist working in this role, you will lead a team of Estimators, Bid Managers, and Design bias staff, whilst reporting into a Pre-Construction Director.

Relevant degree level qualifications are is essential.
