Job Description
A high-flying, London based Cost Consultancy are seeking a MRICS Associate Quantity Surveyor who would enjoy working across tantalising, top tier projects in the Middle East, from London.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Associate will be joining a team of 12, who work across an array of new build and fit-out projects across London and the Middle East.
On the international projects, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will deliver a pre contract role for 2x hotels on the Red Sea Coast, Museums, The residence of a Crown Prince, and a 420 metre high, ultra high tower.
Outside of the above, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor shall also take ownership of more traditional projects across London and the Southeast, including stadia, commercial, life science, and private residential.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- MRICS
- Worked / Working within a PQS / Construction Consultancy practice
- New build and fit out project experience
- Comfortable working across a variety of sectors
- Professional, presentable, and client facing
