Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor with strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering results? We're seeking a Senior Estates Surveyor to join our team on a 6-month contract, taking the lead in tackling a significant backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals across our property portfolio.
Your new role
• Manage and progress a backlog of rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Negotiate with tenants, landlords, and agents to secure best value outcomes.
• Prepare professional valuation reports and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, internal policies, and market standards.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
• Provide expert estates advice to internal stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
• MRICS qualified (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience managing rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord/tenant matters.
• Strong negotiation and valuation skills.
• Able to work autonomously and deliver high quality work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
