Skilled Labourer

Thorn Baker Construction are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer for long-term work in and around the Thatcham area.

The Role:

• General skilled labouring duties

• Assisting trades and site management

• Maintaining site safety and keeping work areas clear

• Supporting ongoing projects across various locations

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a skilled labourer

• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
