We are currently seeking an experienced Roofer with a strong background in industrial and commercial roofing to join a growing contractor.

This role is suited to a skilled and reliable roofer with proven experience installing and working with a variety of roofing systems on industrial and commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Experience Required

• Industrial & Commercial Roofing projects
• Built-Up Roofing Systems
• Composite Panel Systems
• Standing Seam Systems
• Topdeck Roofing Systems
• Working alongside roofing teams, subcontractors, and site management
• Following health & safety procedures and RAMS
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality

Responsibilities

• Installing and repairing industrial and commercial roofing systems
• Working safely and in accordance with site health & safety regulations
• Installing built-up roofing, composite panels, standing seam, and Topdeck systems
• Working as part of a roofing team to meet project deadlines
• Carrying out high-quality workmanship and ensuring installations meet specifications
• Reporting progress and any issues to site management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Roofer on industrial or commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of modern roofing systems
• CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)
• Ability to work safely at height
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Own tools and PPE preferred
