THG Recruitment are currently supporting a well-established contractor within their roofing & cladding divsion who are looking to recruit 3 experienced Operatives due to increased workload and long-term project demand.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure permanent, stable employment working across South London and Surrey.
Role Overview
Successful candidates will be working on a mixture of:

Roofing works

Cladding installation and repairs

Maintenance and project-based works

Minor fire stopping works
Work will be carried out in highly controlled environments, requiring professionalism, attention to detail and the ability to work under strict client scrutiny.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience working on the tools within roofing, cladding, or similar disciplines

Background in maintenance or project-based construction works

Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Strong reliability and professional attitude
