We are recruiting multiple trades for an upcoming refurbishment project in Birmingham. Works will run across an 8-week programme, with different trades required at various stages.

Scope of Works (Overview)

General refurbishment works

Partitioning and plasterboard installation

Carpentry and second fix joinery

Plastering and finishing

Decorating and making good

Flooring installation

General labouring and site support
Requirements
-
Relevant trade experience
-
Valid CSCS card (if applicable)

Own tools and PPE
-
Reliable and able to work to programme schedules
