Site Manager Knightsbridge

We are working with a well-established contractor delivering refurbishment and upgrade works within a high-profile store in Knigtsbridge. They are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee works in a live environment.

This role would suit someone with strong refurbishment experience who is confident managing trades, maintaining programme and ensuring high standards of health & safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations

• Coordinating subcontractors and trades

• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in line with programme

• Managing site logistics within a live environment

• Maintaining quality control and site standards

• Liaising with project managers, clients and stakeholders

• Conducting inductions, toolbox talks and site briefings

• Monitoring progress and reporting on site activity

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects

• Experience working within live commercial environments

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme

Qualifications

• SMSTS

• CSCS

• First Aid
