Mechanical Engineer / Plumber - Hospital Maintenance
220 per day London Bridge Start ASAP Basic DBS Required
A leading mechanical and plumbing contractor is looking for a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber to work on a hospital project near London Bridge. This is an ASAP start for 6 months. Hours are 8am-5pm, paying 220 per day.
The role will involve pipework remedials and general mechanical/plumbing maintenance within a hospital environment.
Duties will include:
- Pipework remedials and general maintenance
- Tap, pipe, sink and valve replacements
- Using freeze kits and press-fit guns
- Working with water treatment systems and L8 compliance
- General mechanical/plumbing maintenance within a hospital setting, ideally exp with AHU's, FCU's
Role details:
- Location: Hospital near London Bridge, London
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months
- Hours: 8am - 5pm
- Rate: 220 per day
To be considered, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer / Plumber in maintenance or remedial works
- Valid DBS check (basic minimum)
- Own tools
- Full PPE
- Relevant experience (hospital or commercial environment preferred)
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
