Groundworker

Job Description Groundworkers (3 Positions)
We are seeking three experienced Groundworkers who hold valid Machine, Dumper, and Roller tickets. The ideal candidates will be confident working across a wide range of groundworks activities and able to integrate smoothly into a busy, high standards team.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate plant and machinery including dumper, roller, and associated equipment in a safe and competent manner.
• Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including:
  • Plot drainage
  • Foundations
  • Roads and infrastructure works
• Deliver high quality finishing works, which is the primary focus of the role.
• Work effectively as part of a small team to meet programme deadlines.
• Maintain high safety standards and follow site procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Machine/Dumper/Roller tickets (CPCS or NPORS).
• Proven experience across full scope groundworks.
• Strong finishing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
