Earthworks Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Earth Works Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction or engineering projects within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and compliant execution of earthworks operations.
• Minimises environmental impact through responsible site management.
• Supports timely project delivery by coordinating resources and resolving site issues.
• Enhance quality and durability of foundational works, reducing long-term maintenance risks.
• Build strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to foster collaboration
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordination of plant, labour, and materials to meet project milestones.

• CSCS Gold
• SSSTS
