Due to continued growth, our client is appointing a Design Manager with a strong architectural background to work on high-profile façade remediation and building safety projects.

This role sits at the intersection of design, compliance, and construction delivery, ideal for Architects who thrive in regulated environments and want to stay close to design without the traditional practice pressures.

The Role

• Manage and coordinate design packages on façade remediation projects.
• Ensure full compliance with current UK Building Regulations.
• Act as the key design interface between architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and design risk.
• Provide guidance and support to junior design staff where required.

Ideal Background

• Qualified Architect or Design Manager from an architectural background.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
• Experience within façades, remediation, or highly regulated construction environments.
• Confident collaborating across design and construction teams.
