I'm currently looking to speak with Assistant Quantity Surveyors for a live residential scheme in South London.
Details of the role are as follows:
- The ideal candidate will need experience with a residential developer within the last couple of years.
- Residential new build AND refurbishment experience would be helpful, but it's not essential.
- The commercial team culture and ethos are genuinely strong, and the role sits under a highly respected Projects Director who sets the tone for how the team works together.
- This is a immediate start and can offer a temp to perm opportunity - (Apply online only) per day, salary dependent on experience.
