Plumber

Caval is working with a commercial/fit-out contractor who is working within a busy maintenance contract and looking for additional resources to support the contract.
The sites are based in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dundee. You ll play a key role in keeping their clients buildings safe, compliant, and running smoothly.

What You ll Be Doing

• Attending to reactive maintenance calls across a variety of commercial sites in Glasgow, Edinburgh, or Dundee (You can be on call for 1,2 of 3 of the sites).
• Attending the site to confirm first fix.
• Ideally, to repair/ provide a quote for additional works required.
• Repairing or replacing sanitary ware, showers, cubicles, pipework, valves, sinks and taps.

What We re Looking For

• SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/ Heating (or equivalent).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Previous experience in FM/commercial environments (desirable).
• Happy to work on solely on-call / adhoc as and when required basis .
• Rate Negotiable
