Job Description
We are currently looking for a Plumbing Supervisor to manage the labour requirements on several residential developments in the Berkshire area. You will be responsible for overseeing plumbing and heating installations on domestic new build projects.
Your day to day duties will include:-
- Managing labour, personnel and subcontractors on multiple new build housing sites
- Ensuring quality control
- Managing project timelines
- Site and project meetings with Main Contractors
- Contract Management
The successful candidate will have:-
- Experience in 1st & 2nd fix Plumbing on new build developments
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience in managing project timelines and coordinating with subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in plumbing and heating
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- SMSTS or SSSTS
