Quantity Surveyor

We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team at their Warrington office.

Responsibilities:

• To minimise the costs of a project and enhance margin and value for money, whilst achieving the required standards and quality.
• Attend development meetings when appropriate
• Receive initial tender information and assist in preparing proposed tender lists
• Assess site staffing levels and build programmes with the Construction Director

Requirements:

• HNC in Surveying or Construction or equivalent
• Previous quantity surveying experience working for a house builder
• Experience using COINS
