This is an exciting opportunity to work across technically interesting and varied projects within a well-established and collaborative environment.
The Design Co-ordinator will play a key role in managing and coordinating design information, acting as the central point of contact between contractors, architects, and consultants throughout both pre-construction and delivery stages.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, review, and issue drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across project teams
  • Liaise directly with external consultants to progress design development and resolve queries
  • Support the construction team by ensuring timely flow of up-to-date design information
  • Track design changes and assist in resolving technical and coordination issues
  • Contribute to both tender-stage and live project design coordination
About You
  • Experience in a Design Co-ordinator or similar role is advantageous

  • Strong understanding of drawings and design documentation
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams
Career Progression
This role offers genuine long-term progression. For the right individual, there is a clear opportunity to grow into managing and leading a design team, with that team being formed around this position as the business continues to expand.
What's on Offer

  • A supportive, family-run business with a collaborative culture
  • Long-term career development and leadership potential
Applications are welcomed from candidates looking to develop their career within a stable, forward-thinking construction business.
