Site Manager

Synergy Personnel LTD are currently recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a refurbishment project in Ascot, Berkshire.

Our client is looking for a strong, hands-on Site Manager who can take the project through to completion and handover. This is a client-facing role, so confidence and professionalism are essential.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing the refurbishment project from start to finish

• Leading from the front on site

• Coordinating and managing subcontractors

• Organising daily schedules and site activities

• Acting as the main point of contact for the client on site

• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times

Requirements:

• SMSTS

• First Aid

• CSCS

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Client-facing experience
