Multi-Trader Burgess Hill

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Trader for ongoing long-term work on a busy construction site in Burgess Hill.

This role is working within the customer care team on a live new-build housing development, carrying out remedial works and finishing tasks prior to and after handover.

Duties include:

• General multi-trade works (carpentry, patch plastering, painting, basic plumbing)

• Snagging and final finishing

• Carrying out remedial works in plots

• Working in occupied and non-occupied properties

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment on site

Requirements:

• Proven multi-trade experience on residential construction sites including customer care

• Valid CSCS card

• Own tools

• Full UK driving licence (preferred)

• Strong customer care and communication skills

• Reliable and professional approach
