Painter

PRS Jobs are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter and Decorator to carry out a range of external and internal works, including painting lobby doors and communal areas.
The Role You will be responsible for:

• External painting and decorating works
• Preparation and painting of windows, doors and lobby
• Decorating of communal areas where required
• Carrying out minor repairs to surfaces and structures prior to painting
• Erecting access equipment as necessary (with appropriate training)
• Using access plant and temporary screening to ensure the safety of residents, members of the public and the surrounding environment
• Monitoring decorating materials and requesting stock as required
• Ensuring works are completed within agreed budgets
• Maintaining and cleaning all tools and equipment to ensure longevity and proper use
