Cleaning Supervisor/Driver

We are looking for a hard working, self motivated hands on cleaning supervisor with experience working in a construction/fitout based environment.

Must Be:

• CONFIDENT IN RUNNING AND SUPERVISING A TEAM
• EXPERIENCED IN A SITE BASED ENVIRONMENT
• CONFIDENT IN COMUNICATING WITH SITE MANAGEMENT
• ORGANISED WITH GOOD TIME - KEEPING
• HARD WOKING AND A TEAM PLAYER
• FLEXIBLE FOR BOTH DAY AND NIGHT SHIFTS MON - SUN WHEN REQUIRED
• FLUENT IN ENGLISH
• HOLD A VALID UK/EU DRIVING LICENCE
• HOLD A VALID CSCS CARD

Daily Tasks:

• Setting up jobs and working alongside team to complete cleaning
• Keeping the team vans organised, clean and stocked up
• Making sure equipment is safe to use and working
• Communicating with office to keep all jobs running smoothly
• Carrying out admon tasks for job bookings and stock orderig

Working Hours:

Minimum 25 x hours per week. Weeks can vary from 25 - 90 hours per week.

Additional:

SMSTS or SSSTS card is preferable but not essential as can be applied for on the job. This is a growth based position that will allow you to grow with the company to a more senior role with experience.

A full Driving Licence is Essential for this role

You will be allocated a company vehicle that you will be responsible for maintaining to a good standard. All fuel/ servicing is covered by the company.
