Start Date: Early April 2026
Duration: 20 Weeks
Working Hours: 8:30am 4:30pm

We are recruiting the following trades for a 20-week refurbishment project on a block of apartments in Bournemouth:

• Carpenter / Joiner

• Dryliner

• Labourer

Scope of Works (Overview)

• Carpentry and second fix joinery

• Installation of plasterboard and partitions

• General refurbishment works

• Labouring duties and site support

• Making good and associated building works

Requirements

• Relevant trade experience

• Valid CSCS card (if applicable)

• Reliable and able to commit to the duration of the project
