We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a care home extension project based in Anglesey. This is a freelance contract role suited to a strong No.1 Manager with experience delivering extension or refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Oversee subcontractors, site teams and material deliveries
Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
Coordinate works within a live care environment, ensuring minimal disruption to residents and staff
Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management
Manage programme, site documentation and reporting
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager on extension/refurbishment projects (care home or healthcare experience desirable)
Valid SMSTS
Valid First Aid at Work
Valid CSCS Card
Strong knowledge of UK construction H&S legislation
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Salary: Negotiable DOE
